Pv16 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the pv16 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using the pv16 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions contained here.
These terms are effective as of January 2026. The latest version is always available on this page.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account, logging in, or using any services on the pv16 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pv16 platform.
To use the pv16 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority under Malaysian law, whichever is higher.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.
- Non-residents or nationals of countries where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- Not subject to any legal restrictions preventing the use of this type of service.
Pv16 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and suspend accounts until verification is received.
Account Creation, Responsibility & Security
Registration & User Information
Each user is allowed to register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. pv16 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
Username & Password
You are fully responsible for keeping your username and account password confidential. Any activity on your account is considered your own unless you report misuse to pv16 promptly. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact pv16 support immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the pv16 platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, the use of bots or automated software, or any action that compromises the security or integrity of the platform. Violation of any of these responsibilities may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the pv16 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via FPX (direct bank transfer) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposited funds will be credited to your account after payment confirmation. pv16 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Fund Withdrawal
Winnings withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same user name. pv16 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal for fraud prevention and compliance. Withdrawal processing times may take between one to three business days depending on the selected method.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonuses or promotions offered by pv16 are subject to their own terms and conditions which will be disclosed at the time of the offer. pv16 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice. Abuse of promotions may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.
Limitation of Liability, Accounts & Intellectual Property
Pv16 Limitation of Liability
The pv16 platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, pv16 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including loss of money, data damage, or business interruption. pv16's maximum liability to users in any case will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Suspension & Account Closure Policy
Pv16 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if there is: (a) any breach of these terms; (b) suspected fraud or money laundering; (c) provision of false information; or (d) misuse of the platform or its systems. Users with accounts closed due to misconduct forfeit any pending bonus balances.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, software, and other materials on the pv16 platform are the exclusive property of pv16 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without written permission from pv16. This includes commercial use, republication in other media, or use in third-party applications.
Third-Party Links & Term Changes

The pv16 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers, game suppliers, and support platforms. pv16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Using third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Changes to These Terms
Pv16 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified via platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the pv16 platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page regularly.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
